"Pet" (left) is a nice horse to be around and is a great ranch horse. As a youngster, Pet was trained in reining and working cow. We have only used her for breeding, riding the range and working cows on the ranch. It suits her quite well. We have not had any problems with her being out to pasture for a long time and then hopping on and riding.
Pet is a pretty 1995 model. She is easy to breed, foals without assistance and is an excellent mother. Pet has had 2 foals (one died at a young age from an accident). CJ Zeebra (bottom left) is a nice mare with her mother's kind disposition.
We enjoy Pet, but we have too many horses and are trying to downsize. Pet is an excellent mount for intermediate/advanced riders.
