Cows

Additionally, we have cows available for purchase. Let us know what exactly you are after. Great mothering instincts and the ability to survive on rugged terrain are a necessity here. During the summer, when the photo at bottom left was taken, the cattle share the range land with bears, coyotes, foxes and many other animals. We raise easy calvers who rarely need assistance, and we have never had to have a cesarean performed on one of our cows or heifers. All females, calves and bulls are used to being worked on horseback as well as on foot. These are excellent animals for the small operation.
